The views on this site are faithful personal perspectives, and not the claims of Umaa.

 - Annet, Netherlands - M.D., Ph.D., Obstetrics/Gynecology & Neuroscience

"Umaa makes us go deep down to our roots. What we find along the path down to our roots, is different for everyone, but she doesn't walk away from the dark and painful things we come across and she invites us, guides us, to overcome these things. She gives us the confidence that it is good to do this and let go of the things we don't need anymore. She will stay with us, until we're through. I'm talking about the things people in general are trying to avoid: anxiety, hatred, disparity, loneliness, sexual desires etcetera.
I think most yoga teachers and healers are staying away from these topics, as they may fear their students may get emotional, or they don't know how to deal with it, or they aren't confident they can guide people through this. Umaa knows she has the capability to guide people through this, and what I see is that she doesn't do this alone."

 - Susanna, Sweden - Mental Health Facilitator and Equine Specialist

Umaa is a caretaking force of love, offering her work to help and heal. But on the same hand I could understand why someone would become “hooked” on or wanting more of the energy that surrounds her. There is not a doubt in my mind thought that accusations against her are false and that they have actually risen from someone’s fear of an energy that is so obviously pure and wants the best for all.

 - Matthias, Germany - Trauma Researcher and Sexual Healer

"(Umaa is) beyond conceptual supermarket fast-food spirituality. I am a trauma researcher and sexual healer with deep enough insides to track a predator or perpetrator's shadow. Through my work and gift of identifying neurological stages, I chose to be around Umaa for the last 3 years to track any manipulative or abusive behaviour and could only witness victim mentality from people who tried to project on Umaa and give their power to her without success."
